WebAsyst Contact Manager is a centralized web-based storage system to simplify communications with clients, business colleagues, employees, vendors and personal contacts.
With WebAsyst Contact Manager you can:
ORGANIZE CONTACTS:
Entries in Contact Manager are organized in folders which are sorted in hierarchical order. Unlimited users and user groups, folders and subfolders. It allows to create and organize online contact roster and access it from anywhere with just a web browser;
ADD/EDIT CONTACT INFORMATION:
Fields with detailed contact information are grouped by sections (Contact, Phones, Home…). Each section can be displayed as a separate tab or alternatively all sections can be displayed top-down on the same page.
CUSTOMIZE FIELDS:
It gives you freedom in customizing contact entries on your own by adding new fields (e.g. SSN or Eye Color) or modifying the existing fields.
SEARCH CONTACTS:
Search function allows to search by a key phrase contained in any contact's field. Search Results list is fully operational - copy, move, delete, modify contacts directly from the Search Results list.
IMPORT/EXPORT CONTACT LIST:
Import/export from/to Outlook, The Bat! or any custom text file (.CSV – Comma Separated Values).
PRINT CONTACTS:
Print selected contacts, a whole folder or entire contact database
